Carla Cay even makes that wicked punch she serves with her desserts. We're not exactly what she puts in the punch, but the ingredients are delivered by an unmarked van with tinted windows and armed guards. If any punch is left over at the end of the day, Carla Cay puts it in a jug, ages it for about a year, then uses it for paint thinner.
