Carla Cay fusses over her unbelievable dessert table before opening

Before the Open House officially kicks off, Robert's wife, Carla Cay, puts the finishing touches on her Devilishly Decadent Dessert Table as Jimmy Greer looks on. Carla Cay spends countless hours making all the pastries, cakes, cookies and candies herself, using authentic Scandinavian recipies handed down by her Viking ancestors. She had to improvise on some of the ingredients, since walrus blubber is hard to get in Texas.
