Smokin' Willie's Texas-Style BBQ Pit

There is Smokin' Willie in the center of the photo, pulling yet another beef brisket off the pit. The Lone Star crowd put away 350 pounds of brisket and 100 pounds of smoked sausage. Plus all the fixin's.
