Smokin' Willie's lunch menu for the Lone Star Open House included slow-smoked beef brisket and
sausage, BBQ sauce, potato salad, brown beans, dill pickles, sliced onions and sliced white
bread. Ask any Texan. He will say that's pretty close to the perfect meal.
