Triumph motorcycles - History repeats itself
After a long and troubled history it appeared that Triumph's future was bright. But bad luck
struck again on March 15, 2002 when a major fire at Triumph's Hinckley plant completely destroyed
the chassis and final assembly lines and the injection molding area. Other sections of the
plant were damaged by heat, smoke or water. Was this the end of Triumph? No. Six months after
the fire Triumph motorcycles were once again rolling off the line at the Hinckley plant.
