Racetrack Tour 2009 - Baden-Baden
Taking place in June and July, and starting from Munich, this tour
allows riders to experience quiet, winding roads on a three-day route
from the Alps towards the Black Forest before reaching the motorcyclists'
paradise of Baden-Baden. While the riders on this tour can enjoy a
full-day training with the professionals at the Baden-Baden racetrack,
Edelweiss tour guides will take all the pillion passengers on a
sightseeing and shopping trip to Strasbourg. After this training day,
two more excellent riding days lead back to Munich.

Taking place in July, August and September, this is a fantastic opportunity
to explore the border region between Germany, Austria and the Czech
Republic on winding roads, before heading towards the most beautiful
off-road park in Europe - the Enduro Park Hechlichen. On this two-day

Scouting Smoky Mountains 2009
Many riders enjoy the benefits of organised tours, but there are those who
prefer a little unpredictability in their travel plans. Edelweiss Bike
Travel's `scouting' tours visit destinations that are new and unknown to
the world of Edelweiss, so not everything is 100 per cent planned and there
could be changes at any time!
One of these tours takes on some of the most beautiful motorcycle roads of
the east coast of the USA. Taking place in May, June and September, the
Scouting Smoky Mountains 2009 tour is a nine-day vacation that will lead
you through North Carolina, Virginia, Tennessee and Georgia.
|
|
Endless twisty roads will line your way through the Blue Ridge and Smoky
Mountains, and the tour will reach its peak on the most famous motorcycle
road of the east coast. The Tail of the Dragon at Deals Gap awaits you with
318 bends over 11 miles. Needless to say that this is the kind of motorcycle
paradise that we'd all love to seek out.
Scouting Patagonia 2009
If you fancy the idea of riding with Edelweiss from Osorno, Chile all the
way to Ushuaia at the most southern tip of Argentina, then this 20-day tour
will show you the peerless beauty of the Andes and Patagonia. Taking place
from November to December 2009, take the opportunity to ride with Edelweiss
to the `world's end', visiting places along the way such as San Carlos de
Bariloche, El alafate, Torres del Paine and Ushuaia on your way south.
