Did you know?

Did you know that Lone Star BMW / Triumph is a major partner in the Health Alliance for Austin Musicians (HAAM)? Lone Star supports this vital service that provides health care for Austin's music community. We feel that Austin's unique and vibrant music scene is one of the things that makes our city a special place to live and visit. We recognize that in addition to producing an amazing variety of great music, Austin's talented musicians have a significant positive impact on Austin's economy. The nature of their profession does not provide musicians and their families with the typical health care coverage that is a part of many other industries. That is where the Health Alliance for Austin Musicians makes a big difference in the lives of many local musicians. It is a well established organization that enjoys wide support from Austin's business community, including Lone Star BMW / Triumph. We are proud to help keep Austin's live music alive and well.

Long time Austin musicians Ray Benson of Asleep At The Wheel and Cleve and Sweet Mary Hattersley of Greezy Wheels are big supporters of the Health Alliance for Austin Musicians (HAAM). Ray is a HAAM board member and he knows that Austin's talented musicians provide a lot of entertainment and contribute a great deal to Austin's economy. Cleve and Sweet Mary are always deeply involved in organizing and performing at live concerts on HAAM Benefit Day, and they know that Austin musicians and their families are often lacking in the most basic health care coverage. Being involved with HAAM, Ray, Cleve, and Sweet Mary can help their fellow Austin musicians receive the health care they need. You can find out how you or your business can join other Austin businesses to support HAAM and Austin's music community by visiting the HAAM website.
