What is better than Christmas morning? The day your new 2010 BMW S1000RR
Superbike arrives. We held the "official" unveiling of the new BMW S1000RR
Superbike on Saturday, January 30. We showed off this brand new high
performance motorcycle to some very interested customers, but Charlie
Steinman may have been the one with the biggest smile. Charlie is pictured
here sitting on his S1000RR while Roger Albert of
OnRoadOffRoad Cycles fine tunes the
suspension to match Charlie to the bike. The S100RR is a totally new motorcycle.
It's the most powerful 1000cc production sport motorcycle in the world, and
has been designed from the ground up for high performance on the race track.
The S1000RR features a high-rev 999cc engine that produces 193 horsepower
at 13,000 rpm and it weighs in at only 404 pounds dry. Charlie has big plans
for his S1000RR, but we'll let him tell you about them later on. In the
