The employees all stood by their stations that night with hopes and dreams something soon would go right. Robert was uneasy as he sat in his chair while Peter was pacing and losing his hair. When out on the parking lot there rose such a roar, Gary ran to the window, tripped and fell on the floor. To the wonder of all what did appear HCBMWR members with saddlebags full of beer. They swarmed through the store with fists full of money, Like a hive of bees buzzing 'round a jar of honey. More rapid they entered more rapid they came Denise whistled and shouted and called them by name. There was Eric, Bob, Christopher, and Ben, Les, and Allen, Bill and naturally Ken. Their faces were brown, their boots were so crusty, 'cause they were riding on roads bumpy and dusty. With a twinkle in their eyes and money to spare, They shopped and shopped with enthusiasm so rare. Del bought a new jacket and Tom an RT The cash registers chimed so gleefully. They bought and bought with such a flurry, Then they left all at once in a big hurry They ran out the door as quickly as they came, Surely nothing that night would be the same. The purchases were finished, the goods were all wrapped, brought to their bikes where they were strapped.
