Things to avoid...
Every once in a while we offer up some useful advice for our motorcycle riding friends. This time we would like to point out a way to extend the life of your motorcycle's tires. If at all possible, AVOID running over sharp objects. That's it. It's a simple strategy. However, if you do run over a sharp object and your tire does not immediately go flat you should not remove the object until you get to Lone Star's award-winning Service Department where you can get a new tire. After all, the same sharp object that punctured your tire is also plugging up that brand new hole and keeping the air inside where it is a lot more useful.
